of <h1>Karnataka Allows Revocation of Cancelled GSTINs Beyond 90 Days with Appeals or Court Orders via New Module.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has issued a circular regarding the revocation of cancelled GSTINs beyond 90 days, based on appeal or High Court orders. Previously, taxpayers whose GST registration was cancelled for not filing returns for six months had 30 days, extendable to 90 days, to apply for reversal using Form GST REG-21. For those who missed this deadline, a new electronic module now allows LGSTOs/SGSTOs to revoke GSTINs following appeal or court orders. Officers must upload the relevant order and use a digital signature for the process. Any grievances should be reported through the GST Pro system.
