The Order directs the Turant Suvidha Kendra to receive and verify physical supporting documents for Bills of Entry, authorize TSK_OFF ICES functions (bond management, defacement, reports), require e Sanchit upload and DRN citation before acceptance of Bonds/BGs, allocate custody and indexed storage of Bonds/BGs in designated vaults with registers and location codes, and obliges AC/DC TSK to manage orderly intake, transmission, safe custody, daily pendency reporting and feedback, while disputes on applicability remain with assessment groups.
