It specifies that no interest will be charged on goods cleared for home consumption from Section 65 warehouses. Updates include the introduction of IEC-Warehouse Mapping for licensed manufacturing warehouses and modifications to the Ex-Bond Bill of Entry declaration format. Additionally, provisions for re-crediting the Warehouse BE ledger in case of re-export are outlined. These changes are effective from September 21, 2020.
