To resolve this, requests should be sent only to designated ICEGATE emails, and delays should be escalated to specific officials. Requests for finalization of Prior/Advance Bills of Entry should be directed to the EDI Section. Other provisions of Public Notice No. 35/2020 remain unchanged.
