<h1>Exporters Can Claim Higher Duty Drawback Rates for July 2017 Shipments with Self-Declaration Under Public Notice No. 101/2017.</h1> The circular addresses the release of duty drawback claims by exporters at higher All Industry Rates (AIRs) under the Duty Drawback Scheme following the implementation of GST on July 1, 2017. Exporters who filed shipping bills between July 1 and July 26, 2017, can claim these rates by submitting a self-declaration as outlined in Public Notice No. 101/2017. The process involves submitting the declaration to the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner (Drawback) either in person or via email. Any difficulties encountered can be reported to the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner in charge of Appraising Main (Export).
