of <h1>Customs Passes Required for Regular Visitors to Air Customs; Permanent Employees Only, Valid for Two Years.</h1> Importers, exporters, and shipping agents must apply for Customs Passes for individuals regularly visiting Air Customs for import/export clearance on a 'Self' basis. Applications must include notarized documents such as ownership declarations, partnership deeds, or company articles, along with proof of employment, education, and residence. Passes are issued only to permanent employees, not temporary staff. Power of Attorney holders need additional documentation. Those using Custom House Agents for post-shipment tasks do not require passes. Passes are valid for two years and renewable. This procedure is effective from February 1, 2013.
