All communications, including declarations, applications, and grievance letters, should be submitted to the CRS, except for specific documents like refund applications, replies to live bills of entry queries, and documents for personal hearings. Complaints about harassment should be directed to the concerned Commissioner. Each submission will receive a Unique Receipt Number for tracking. Stakeholders are advised to report any issues to the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner.
