of <h1>New Notice Outlines SEIS Reward Rates for Services Exported from India (April-Sept 2015) Under Appendix 3D.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued a public notice under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, effective from April 1, 2015, detailing the Services Exports from India Scheme (SEIS) in Appendix 3D. This notice specifies eligible services, reward rates, and conditions for services exported between April 1, 2015, and September 30, 2015. The reward rates vary by service category, with most professional, communication, construction, educational, environmental, health, tourism, recreational, and transport services eligible for a 3-5% reward on net foreign exchange earnings. Certain conditions apply, such as limitations on educational services and maritime transport services.
