Project export reporting requirements relaxed - RBI form submissions dispensed for Approving Authorities while ECGC and Exim Bank submissions continue. Approving Authorities are no longer required to submit forms DPX 1, PEX 1, TCS 1 and DPX 3 to the Reserve Bank of India office in whose jurisdiction the exporter's head office is situated; submission to ECGC and Exim Bank continues where those entities have participatory interests. All other provisions of the Project and Service Exports memorandum remain unchanged.
