Exporters must include the Handloom Mark Label Numbers, issued by the Textile Committee, on one of their export documents such as shipping bills, invoices, or packing lists. Each exported handloom item must have a corresponding label number. The Regional Authority will grant benefits using Scheme Code 45 upon receiving the necessary application and proof of export documents bearing the Handloom Mark Label Numbers. This directive is approved by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
