Register of contracts requirement applies to all contracts or arrangements covered by the interested-transactions provisions, including those under a director's general notice. The obligation to maintain a register of contracts applies to every contract or arrangement to which the statutory provisions on interested transactions apply. This requirement also covers contracts or arrangements of bodies corporate in respect of which a director has given a general notice, whether or not the contract or arrangement separately requires Board sanction.
