Application for clarification dismissed for lack of grounds; earlier order left undisturbed, relief denied in toto
SC dismissed the application seeking clarification of its prior order, holding there were no grounds to entertain the petition. The court denied relief ... Seeking clarification of this Courtβs order JSW STEEL LIMITED ETC. VERSUS DEPUTY DIRECTOR, DIRECTORATE OF ENFORCEMENT ETC. [2025 (10) TMI 331 - SUPREME COURT] - HELD THAT:- There are no reason to entertain this application; hence, the same is dismissed. An application (IA No. 255812 of 2025) sought clarification of this Court's order dated 7th October, 2025 rendered while disposing of Criminal Appeals Nos. 4183-4184 of 2025. The Court found no grounds to entertain the clarification petition and expressly held that it 'see[s] no reason to entertain this application; hence, the same is dismissed.' Consequentially, Miscellaneous Application (M.A. No. 1976 of 2025) was directed to stand disposed of. The order also records that all pending interlocutory application(s), if any, 'stand disposed of.' The decision is procedural and confined to denial of the clarification request and administrative disposal of the related miscellaneous and interlocutory applications; it does not revisit the merits of the underlying Criminal Appeals.
