Application for modification/relaxation of the condition of deposit of 50% of the tax component - it was held by High Court that 'A perusal of para 11 of the judgment dated 24.03.2023, makes it very clear that the petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the tax component of Rs. 23,79,26,090/-. In the judgment, specific amount has been mentioned of which 50% was directed to be deposited, the order is very clear.' HELD THAT:- No case for interference is made out in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed. The Supreme Court of India dismissed the Special Leave Petition under Article 136 of the Constitution, as no case for interference was found. Pending application was also disposed of.
