Condonation of delay in filing appeal - HELD THAT:- There is a delay of fifty-two days in filing the civil appeals. The delay on the part of the Union of India in filing the appeals is beyond the maximum period of fifteen days which can be condoned by this Court under Section 62(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. The appeals are dismissed only on the ground of delay. The Supreme Court dismissed civil appeals due to a delay of fifty-two days in filing, which exceeded the maximum condonable period of fifteen days under Section 62(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
