It is stated that there were some technical glitches in the system which had delayed the process. It is stated that it is likely to take another four weeks to complete the process - list after four weeks. The petitioner claimed refund of IGST paid on exports from Non-EDI sites. The Customs Department is processing the refund claim following a procedure issued by the Department of Revenue. Technical glitches caused delays, and the process is expected to be completed in four weeks. Case listed for review after four weeks.
