The delay was condoned following a report by the CESTAT Registrar, ... Condonation of delay in filing appeal - HELD THAT:- The circumstances in which the delay took place in the present case have been set out in the report. Sufficient cause for condonation of delay has been made out. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. There are no merit in the appeal. The appeal is accordingly dismissed. The Supreme Court of India, in a judgement by Dr. D.Y. Chandrachud and Mr. M.R. Shah, JJ., dismissed an appeal as the judgment of the CESTAT did not have any errors. The delay in the case was condoned after a report was submitted by the Registrar of the CESTAT. Any pending applications were disposed of.
