The Supreme Court of India issued an order to issue notice returnable within six weeks to the respondents in a case involving the use of sugar mills. The respondents are permitted to use the mills but cannot transfer or encumber them without court permission. The case is to be posted along with Civil Appeal No.4766 of 2010.
