HELD THAT:- Issue notice returnable within four weeks. There shall be stay of operation of the order passed by the High Court, in the meantime. The Supreme Court of India issued an order for notice to be returned within four weeks and ordered a stay of the operation of the High Court's order in the meantime. The case involved legal representatives for both the petitioner and respondent.
