No. 390/Misc./116/2017-JC dated 11.07.2018 as the disputed amount involved in this case is less than βΉ 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty lakhs only). The prayer is allowed. Appeal dismissed as withdrawn. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Bangalore issued an order in two appeals, C/780/2008 and C/168/2009. In C/780/2008, the appellant withdrew the appeal, which was dismissed accordingly. In C/168/2009, the Revenue sought withdrawal of the appeal due to the disputed amount being less than Rs. 20,00,000, as per the Board's Instruction. The appeal was dismissed as withdrawn. The order was pronounced on 06/09/2018.
