The decision be not given effect to for the time being - List the matter after pleadings are complete. The Supreme Court in 2016 (9) TMI 1455 - SC Order, directed that the decision by the Assistant Commissioner should not be implemented immediately. The respondent's counsel accepted notice and requested time to file a counter affidavit. The case is to be listed after completion of pleadings and tagged with Civil Appeal No. 2960 of 2010.
