No reason to interfere with impugned order [2003 (9) TMI 252 - CESTAT, BANGALORE] - Decided against Revenue. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeals, stating that Rule 8 of the Central Excise Valuation Rules does not apply when goods are partly sold ex-factory and partly cleared for consumption.
