Exemption from filing the original of the impugned Compounding Order - a photo copy thereof may be accepted for the purpose of the Appeal - Held that: - the Revenue has no objection in accepting the prayer of the applicant since the original copy of the impugned order is available in the file of the co-appellants - the said prayer of the applicant is allowed. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT AHMEDABAD allowed the applicant's request to use a photocopy of a Compounding Order in an appeal, as the original was not received by the applicant. The Revenue's representative had no objection to this decision. The Miscellaneous Application was disposed of accordingly.
