Listed Companies Must Undergo Limited Review of Quarterly Financials, Submit Results in 45 Days, Risk Penalties for Non-Compliance Limited Review refers to a quarterly financial statement audit required for listed companies, conducted by statutory auditors. These companies must submit unaudited quarterly results to the stock exchange within 45 days of each quarter's end and publish them in newspapers within 48 hours of the board meeting. The review is less exhaustive than a full audit, with auditors not expressing an opinion but noting any material misstatements. Compliance with ethical standards is mandatory, and non-compliance may result in fines and trading suspensions.
