Advance notice requirement for packing-machine changes, plus prohibition on holding or trading goods with undeclared retail prices. Regulation requires advance notice to revenue officers before uninstalling, sealing or installing pan masala packing machines, with uninstallation, sealing and removal carried out under Superintendent supervision; if removal is infeasible, machines must be sealed to prevent operation. It prohibits keeping packing material or trading in notified goods whose retail sale prices are not declared, and requires declaration of remaining stock and packing material when manufacture at existing retail sale prices is permanently discontinued.
