Authorised persons must enter the electronic integrated declaration and supporting documents by affixing a digital signature and submitting them on the common portal; they may alternatively have the declaration and documents made on the common portal via a service centre, with 'digital signature' defined consistent with the statutory definition of electronic signatures.
