Fee for default in furnishing statements or certificates: daily fee applies until compliance required before submission. A new provision imposes a daily fee for failure by research, educational, charitable institutions, funds or specified companies to deliver prescribed statements or furnish prescribed certificates within prescribed times. The fee accrues daily at the specified rate until compliance, is without prejudice to other Act provisions, is capped at the amount to which the failure relates, and must be paid before delivering the outstanding statement or certificate.
