Register of Directors records personal, nationality, occupation and appointment details for company compliance under company law.

The statutory register records for each director, managing director, manager or secretary present and former names, father's/husband's name, residential address, nationality and nationality of origin if different, business occupation, date of birth or age, particulars of directorships and offices in other companies, date of original appointment and date of any change, as prescribed in Form No. 34 under the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956.
