of <h1>Finance Bill 2010 amends customs notifications, updates entries for electrical energy from SEZ and other goods. Effective June 2009.</h1> The Second Schedule of the Finance Bill, 2010, outlines amendments to customs notifications. The amendment to G.S.R. number 118 (E), dated 1st March 2002, replaces the entry for S. No. 573 with two new entries: S. No. 573 for electrical energy removed from a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) into Domestic Tariff Area with a 16% standard rate, and S. No. 573A for all other goods with no standard rate. The amendment to G.S.R. number 92 (E), dated 1st March 2006, adds S. No. 67 for all goods with no standard rate. Both amendments are effective from 26th June 2009.
