....why the assistance to the fullest extent should not be taken from the petitioners, more so, when for years together, the investigating agency has not been able to complete the task. It is obvious they require the assistance of the petitioners who are willing to give the same and mere apprehensions can not be an answer. We hope this will assist in the investigations proceeding quickly and the claims being verified. We have also put to the learned ASG, on the aspect of costs likely to be incurred of Rs.60 lakh as indicated by him, that theses costs really are immaterial when an investigation is going on and it is always open to recover the costs ultimately from the amounts from the assets which stand attached.
