Export Transshipment Approval: After the ETP is submitted and approved at the originating port, the ETP Permit would be printed at the originating port. The approved ETP permit print shall accompany the container which is being moved to the JNPA Sea Port by Rail. (E). Transhipper responsibility: As soon as the ETP approval permit is given at the originating port, the Bond amount and the Bank Guarantee, if any, for the ETP shall be debited from the Bond & BG executed at the originating port.
