....2. Whereas M/s Gateway Terminals India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly M/s Gateway Terminals (India) Pvt. Ltd.) was appointed as the Custodian of imported and export goods in respect of the Container Terminal at Jawaharlal Nehru Port, Nhava Sheva and approved as a Customs Cargo Service Provider (CCSP) vide Public Notice No. 07/2004 dated 08.10.2004, as amended from time to time.
