....olders operating under the jurisdiction of Mundra Customs is invited to Public Notice No. 04/2026 dated 16.04.2026, CBIC Circular No. 15/2026-Customs dated 27.03.2026, the Goods Imported (Conditions of Transshipment) Regulations, 2025, and the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 (HCCAR). With a view to facilitating trade, expediting container turnaround, preventing the dispersion of foreign transshipment containers across multiple CFS yards and streamlining operational compliance while maintaining effective Customs control, the following amendments and clarifications are hereby issued: I. Consignee's NOC (Annexure-III); and d. Confirmed booking from the new Shipping Line. III.
