With a view to facilitating trade, expediting container turnaround, preventing the dispersion of foreign transshipment containers across multiple CFS yards and streamlining operational compliance while maintaining effective Customs control, the following amendments and clarifications are hereby issued: I. Consignee's NOC (Annexure-III); and d. Confirmed booking from the new Shipping Line. III.
