Kindly refer to the Headquarters letter No. Dhara-59-VAT MIS/19-20/41 (Circular No. 1920013)/Commercial Tax dated 30.04.2019, under which certain modifications were made and new functionalities were developed in the Dealer Monitoring System to update it and to streamline the action taken against non-filer dealers. Under this system, the Proper Officer generates notices for non-filers.
