....Additional Commissioner Grade-2 (Investigation Section), the Mobile Squad units posted in the zone shall proceed from the office for the inspection of goods-carrying vehicles. Prior to proceeding for road checking, the concerned Mobile Squad unit shall record in the Road Checking Register the specified location/road, time, accompanying officer and staff, and escort police personnel. The deployment entry of the Mobile Squad unit shall be ensured by the Additional Commissioner Grade-2 (Investigation Section) in accordance with Circular No. 1920071 dated 28-11-2019. 2. Immediately upon reaching the designated inspection point/road, the Mobile Squad officer shall inform his controlling and supervisory officer via telephone. As per instructions, after completing checking at the designated location/road, inspection at any other location/road shall be conducted only on the directions of the higher authority. 3. Upon completion of the inspection, after informing the higher authorities about the return to the office, the time of return shall be recorded in the Road Checking Register. 4.
