In continuation of Circular No. 01/2017 of the GST Council Secretariat and Press Release No. 166/Cross Empowerment/GSTC/2017 dated 20.09.2017 regarding the division of taxpayers registered in Uttar Pradesh between the Central Government and the State Government, the State Level Committee constituted for this purpose, comprising Shri Syed Haider Hasan, Chief Commissioner, Central Tax, Lucknow and Meerut Zone, and Smt. Kamini Chauhan Ratan, Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Uttar Pradesh, has taken the following decision regarding the division of taxpayers registered in the State between the Central and State Governments:- 1. Taxpayers having turnover of more than Rs.1.50 crore:- (a) Taxpayers falling under the jurisdiction of the Central Government - (The list of 492 taxpayers is published in Annexure "14"). SI.
