In view of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz due to the prevailing geopolitical situation in the Middle East, export cargo is returning to Nhava Sheva/Jawaharlal Nehru Port. Accordingly, the following procedure is prescribed for handling such cargo in cases where EGM/SDM has already been filed. I. FCL cases where exporter intends BTT of cargo from the Terminal Exit Gate, where LEO is from CPP/CFS of JNCH (INNSA1): a.
