....h. Subject: Regarding restrained conduct and behaviour of enforcement officers/employees during the investigation of the business site. Under the provisions of Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, guidelines/circulars have been issued from time to time by the Headquarters regarding the non-obsession of traders during the investigation of the business site by the enforcement units working in Uttar Pradesh. Detailed guidelines have been issued in this regard by Circular No. 1718033 dated 31-08-2017, the compliance of which is inevitable. It has come to notice through various means at the Headquarters level that the officers/employees working in the enforcement units do not restrain their work and behaviou....
