The order dated 15th February 2021 and the order passed by the Apex Court dated 1st March 2023 are at Exhibit-A on page 29 and Exhibit-B on page 50 respectively of the aforesaid petition. It appears that as the petitioner intended to travel overseas for his business purpose, he filed an application before the trial Court i.e. Miscellaneous Application No. 4830/Misc/2023 in RA No. 79/2021 and sought return of his passport and permission to travel overseas.
