The officer will be able to put HOLD on the IEC at any stage before the LEO. Once, an IEC is put on HOLD then all of its SBs which are pending for LEO will not be granted LEO. 3. If there is HOLD on an IEC, then at the time of granting Let Export Order (LEO), the system will display a message: "LEO not permissible, as the IEC is put on HOLD" and not allow the officer to generate the print copy for relevant SB. To check details of HOLD (i.e., SSOID of the officer who has inserted HOLD), the port officer can view the same in SB Enquiry under "HO....
