This order was clarified on 07.11.2025, making it clear that no obligation was cast on the SRA to consider such belated claims for allotment of a flat/unit. This Court noted that it was only the largesse of the SRA that claims for refund of monies paid by the home buyers were being considered even at this stage, despite their not filing their claims within time during the CIRP. 23.
