....The amendments integrate the postal DNK/IPS portals with ICES, enabling electronic processing and automated provision of export benefits; this permits exporters using postal mode to claim incentives electronically. The Circular revises portal links and updates PBE-III/PBE-IV forms to include tables/fields for drawback and other scheme details, thereby operationalizing electronic submission of requisite data and parcel particulars. Exporters must register on ICEGATE and link bank account details to the DNK site, which enables electronic credit/settlement of claims. Electronic claims must have supporting documents uploaded to E-Sanchit/ICEGATE, thereby making documentation submission digital.
