....The instrument effects two principal changes: it de-appoints the specified Container Freight Station (formerly operating under prior company names) as custodian and as a Customs Cargo Service Provider, thereby terminating its authority to act in those capacities effective 07-01-2026; and it de-notifies the premises previously declared a "Customs Area," thereby removing the statutory Customs Area status and attendant customs jurisdiction, controls and privileges over that site effective 07-01-2026. The instrument also reserves the issuing office's right to invoke applicable rules, notifications, circulars or standing orders in future disputes.....
