On perusal of OLR 121/2023, this Court finds that there are tabulated details which have been given by the Official Liquidator wherein the claims of the applicant/IDBI has been dealt with and it is indicated that the amount admitted on 1st charge was Rs. 4,74,33,075/- and an amount of Rs. 3,84,46,184/- has since been disbursed. It is then indicated in column No. 4 that an amount of Rs. 89,86,891/- has not been paid for want of I-Bond and bank details. 11. This Court finds that there is no merit in the present application.
