....ed that at best the petitioner-Authority would be entitled to rely upon the terms and conditions of the lease. Recording the statement of the respondent No. 1- bank to the said effect, the Court did not set aside the e-auction notice which had already been issued earlier on 27th September, 2012 and would have been available before the Division Bench when they passed the order on 5th November, 2012. As noticed above, the Supreme Court has dismissed the SLP filed by the petitioner-Authority vide order dated 25th October, 2013. 11.
