....The regulator amends the Investor Protection and Education Fund Regulations, 2009 to add a new clause (la) in regulation 4 to include monies transferred under clause (c) of sub-regulation (3) of regulation 38B of the Delisting of Equity Shares Regulations, 2021. Consequentially, regulation 5(3) is revised to update cross-references so that clauses in sub-regulation (1) reflect inclusion of the new clause (la). The amendments take effect on publication in the Official Gazette.....
