....The Directorate General of Foreign Trade amended Paragraph 10.16 of the Handbook of Procedures 2023 to broaden the General Authorisation for Export of Chemicals and Related Equipment (GAEC) under the Foreign Trade Policy. The amendment includes chemicals listed in Appendix 10(N) for export or re-export to specified countries, requiring exporters to apply online with relevant details. Additionally, for exports to countries not listed in Appendix 10(N), exporters must provide a list of intended destination countries for consideration. Exporters may also submit Authorized Economic Operator certification or Status Holder Certificate if available. This change expands the scope of GAEC to cover additional countries for specified chemicals.....
