....The Ministry of Finance imposed anti-dumping duties on imports of Potassium Tertiary Butoxide from China PR and USA, and Sodium Tertiary Butoxide from China PR under tariff items 29051490, 29051920, 29051990 and 29054900. The designated authority determined that subject goods were exported below normal value, causing material injury to domestic industry through price undercutting. Anti-dumping duties range from NIL to USD 1,710 per MT depending on producer and country of origin/export. The duties shall remain effective for five years from notification date, payable in Indian currency at exchange rates determined under section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962.....
