The brief facts are that for assessment year 2011-12 the petitioner filed a return declaring 'Nil' income and showing the loss of Rs.4,10,457/-. As per the profit and loss account the net profit was Rs.1,64,51,540/- but while computing the book profit the net profit was reduced. The assessment was finalized on 14.02.2014 under Section 143(3) of the Act. On 15.03.2018 notice under Section 148 of the Act was issued. The reasons were supplied.
