.... These Regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025. 2. They shall come into force with effect from April 1, 2025. 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996, - (I) In Chapter IV, in regulation 25, (i) after sub-regulation (16A), the following new sub-regulation shall be inserted, namely - "(16B) The asset management company shall invest a percentage of the remuneration of such employees as specified by the Board in units of mutual fund schemes based on the designation or roles of the designated employees in the manner as may be specified by the Board."
