Petitioners never possessed or controlled alleged proceeds of crime transferred directly to land owners' accounts. Securing loan fraudulently by submitting false documents at most constituted forgery or bank fraud, not money laundering. Petitioners' act of mortgaging property to bank for securing loan could not be termed money laundering. Petition allowed quashing proceedings against petitioners.....
